Gastric Sleeve | LapSleeve®

The vertical sleeve gastrectomy (gastric sleeve) is a minimally-invasive weight loss procedure. Patients are often able to lose between 50-70% of their excess weight within 12-15 months. With more than 3,000 successful operations, it is our most popular surgical option.

Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty | Endosleeve

The Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) is an exciting new procedure to treat obesity and metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and hypertension among others. Eviva is the first and only facility in the Pacific Northwest to offer the Endosleeve!

Gastric Bypass

Lap Band Removal

Eviva offers Lap Band patients with continued care and maintenance. While we no longer place the bands in patients, we are able to perform Band adjustments or Lap Band removal if needed or desired.

Revision Surgery
