Weight Loss Surgery

At Eviva, our board-certified bariatric surgeons specialize in minimally-invasive weight loss procedures. Our full suite of procedures includes options like LapSleeve®, weight loss revision and correction, and gastric bypass.

Gastric Sleeve | LapSleeve®

The vertical sleeve gastrectomy (gastric sleeve) is a minimally-invasive weight loss procedure. Patients are often able to lose between 50-70% of their excess weight within 12-15 months. With more than 3,000 successful operations, it is our most popular surgical option.

Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty | Endosleeve

The Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) is an exciting new procedure to treat obesity and metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and hypertension among others. Eviva is the first and only facility in the Pacific Northwest to offer the Endosleeve!

Gastric Bypass

Gastric bypass is a surgical procedure that offers many weight loss benefits that are unique to this procedure, like shorter recovery times, lower risk of hernia or infection, and others.* Learn more about gastric bypass today and see if you’re a candidate.

Lap Band Removal

Eviva offers Lap Band patients with continued care and maintenance. While we no longer place the bands in patients, we are able to perform Band adjustments or Lap Band removal if needed or desired.

Revision Surgery

Not all bariatric surgery patients are satisfied with their results. All patient journeys are unique and each outcome is dependent upon a number of factors that can be uncontrollable or unforeseen. We are here to listen and help you in your weight loss journey.
